The Urban Dictionary defines an entitlement bitch as:1. Entitlement BitchOh yeah, you've seen them. There was an excellent example in the news today, actually.
Person (male or female) who are under the impression that they are the ruler of the world... or at least the establishment they are getting service in. Basically a person who expects to get what he wants in a store, restaurant, etc., with no regard to policies or laws.
B: I had the shittiest customer this morning!
C: What happened?
B: She expected me to take her friend's credit card, and when I told her I legally couldn't do it, she bitched me out and called over my manager screaming that she'd never shop here again!
C: Sounds like a classic entitlement bitch to me.
Ever been to McDonalds? Then you know that they only serve breakfast foods before 10:30am and then do not serve breakfast foods at all after that time. This is well established. This is the way they've done it for years. Sure, it might be mildly annoying but most of us accept that this is the way it is. Most of us respect that these are McDonalds policies and are not up to us to change. Most of us aren't rampant assholes.
This Monday, a woman named Melodi Dushane in Toledo, Ohio ordered chicken nuggets at 6am. Now, now, Melodi - that's during McDonalds' breakfast time. Melodi could have responded in many sane ways. She could have ordered a breakfast item. She could have opted to leave and to find another restaurant that would serve her chicken nuggets (This is Toledo. This is the US. Take your pick of places.) that early. She could have simply decided to express her opinion in a calm, appropriate manner that maybe this policy was flawed (even though we know how effective that was likely to be). Instead...
Melodi. Lost. Her. Shit.
She got out of the car, she launched herself at the drive-thru and tried to climb through the window to assault the employee. As the employee tries to close the window, Melodi pushes it open and repeatedly punches and slaps the employee who has to grab Melodi's hair momentarily, shoving her head down to avoid being struck again. At this point, several employees have to run up to the window and force it closed (on Melodi's fingers), finally managing to close it and lock it, protecting the employee. She does not calm down. She starts screaming and beating the window with her elbows and fists and threatening the employees inside. When this fails to get her what she wants, she reaches into her car, grabs something and smashes the window with it, then immediately jumps in the car and drives off.
Now...aside from this just an utterly fucking ridiculous overreaction - you have to ask yourself where Melodi thought this was going. Is she going to grab the employee around their throat, smash their head into the counter and be granted free nuggets for life? Is she going to scream at them through the window and have them swoon with wonder at her mightily awesome power, begging for forgiveness? ...really. This all ends the way you'd expect it to end. Melodi gets her crazy ass arrested and now has to pay the McDonalds a whole lot of money because she broke their window and because she's a mean bitch.

Now, Melodi's not the only insane-ass entitlement bitch. Far from it. Fuck, I don't even have to search youtube beyond 'crazy mcdonalds lady' to find SEVERAL. ...how sad is that??!
And it's not always against employees...
And it's not just McDonalds.
(As far as I can tell with this next one, she wants in the store after business hours and they won't let her in because they're closed...she wants a phone charger and insists that they're leaving her in "grave danger" because they won't sell her one...because they're CLOSED.)
Entitlement bitches. In retail situations they tend to scream things like, "I'll never come here again!" "My business pays your salary!" "I have a PhD, did you even graduate highschool?!" "I'm going to have your JOB!"
They're annoying, they're assholes and they're fucking everywhere.
To the entitlement bitches of the world. STFU and get back in line.
